Nigeria / Jamaica Game
Esperance hit boy makes Amodu’s list

Ex-Enyimba striker who plies his trade with the Tunisian giant, Esperance, Michael Eneramo was among the 24-man list Super Eagles coach Shaibu Amodu invited for next month’s international friendly with the Reggae Boyz of Jamaica in London.
It would be recalled that Eneramo left the former CAF Champions League champion in 2004 before journeying to the north African state where he currently sit on top of the goal scorers chart with 13 goals after a weekend impressive 4 – 2 defeat of rival Sportive Hamman of Sousse.
The win has cemented Esperance six-point lead on the table.
The biggest beneficiary of the call up is returnee Chelsea of England midfielder Mikel Obi, who missed Eagles 2010 World Cup qualifier in Abuja against Sierra Leone and an international friendly against Columbia in Cali last year.
Invited also were regulars team captain Nwankwo Kanu, Joseph Yobo, Danny Shittu, Obinna Nwaneri, Taye Taiwo, Seyi Olofinjana, Ikechukwu Uche, Kalu Uche, Yusuf Ayila and the trio of keepers Vincent Enyeama, Dele Aiyenugba and Austin Ejide.
Others who got Amodu’s nod include Femi Ajilore, Sani Kaita, Obinna Nsofor, Dele Adeleye, Chidi Odiah, Adefemi Olubayo, Onyekachi Apam, Joseph Akpala, Osaze Odemwingie and Paul Obiefule.
