LSBBA RECEIVES NIKE BALLS
Lagos State Basketball Association (LSBBA) has received a total 100 basketball from international sports equipment company, Nike. The ball donation comes as part of the developing relationship between the company and the game of basketball in Nigeria.
"We are glad to receive these balls from Nike and these we are putting into immediate use. Apart from the Lagos City League and the clubs benefitting, we are also reaching out to neighbouring states of Zone 1 to assist them grow to the next level.”
”We know that these balls will count a lot when the City League resumes. We also hope that the relationship with Nike will grow larger," said Babs Ogunade, chairman, Lagos State Basketball Association.
Ogun, Oyo and Osun States are some of the states that will benefit from the balls gift.
